A sex buying scandal over a Cambodia 15 years old girl make Michael Julian Leach, 50 years old English man jailed for 12 years and other Cambodian were jailed from 2 to 8 years, Rasmei Kampuchea Daily Report.
According to the report, Michael was arrested in 2005 by Cambodian Policeman on sexual intercourse with 3 Cambodian girls and he was released. After that he come to Cambodia again and act as the same previous accusation until he was re arrested and prosecute.
The other five Cambodian are motor driver, guesthouse owner and other 3 Cambodian women.
